I just want to explain back about “user details” features, actually when you login to ringgittune, (by your email, no more username), you can see the customer menu, it will be some menu like user details, invest report and transaction online (next features), so to view your details, just click on ‘user details’… this part the important thing that u need to remember is your Consultant ID and Client ID..

when you want to view your online report, you need to enter your Consultant ID and Client ID, by your own keyboard.. currently the auto fill not working yet, and ringgittune need more time to work on that..because we are not rich enough to hire own programmer, n hopefully you can help by invest with us , so at this time we mostly depends on freelance programmer.

this is the part of your consultant ID and client ID located in your ‘user details’Normally Consultant ID start with ‘5′ and client ID start with ‘1′ , each IDs, contain 6 figures.

what in user details? ok, firstly off course your name, and your account no. by the way, only ringgittune clients will provide the account no, if you not a ringgittune client, normally we dont ask for this info. This no. very important for you when you calling CIMB Customer Care : 0377183000 to check your status. another way is recap you IC no.. its works !!

next is your address, this is important for us, to send you confirmation slip, dividen slip or end year report,ops, excuse me, we dont send it, the company will send, this tools only to verified your address

last but not least, about “transaction details”, bottom right on user details, maybe you will ask, why we need that info?? ok, let say you want to transfer out/withdraw, the fastest way, off course we transfer directly to your savings account.. compare ,giving you a cheque..it will take longer day.. so, we check your transaction details, then we will transfer it out..

safety with unit trust transaction… when transferring your unit trust investment to the saving account, the saving account must be only hold by your name/ cannot a joint holder account or your wife account… the account must be under your name only!!..

Nomination?? well some people concern about this, but most people look down this services.. remember a nice quote in “Kung Fu Panda the movie!! ” yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery,but today is a gift”, so nobody even know what happen to them next week, next months!! so please prepare your nomination today.. i believe you dont want to pay ur hard earn money to creditor, to khazanah or 20% service charge by amanah raya b who manage the money for 2-3 years… so just pay rm50.00 then everything will be fine… plan to win, dont plan to failed
